Getting Started with Ecommerce

Our eCommerce partner, Selz, has been sold to Amazon. Due to conditions of sale we are no longer able to offer this product to our customers. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have partnered with Selz to bring our customers a powerful yet simple to use ecommerce platform that can also be integrated with Reckon One to take care of your finances.

Purchasing your store

  1. To create a Reckon Ecommerce store, log in to the Reckon Customer Portal.
If you do not have a portal account, please visit our portal help page
  2. From the side menu click on 'Reckon Ecommerce' (Partner Products > Reckon Ecommerce)
  3. Click on '14-day free trial'.
If you already have a Ecommerce account linked to your portal login, you will be automatically redirected to your Ecommerce store. This can include your login being linked to a store as a staff member or a Reckon Partner.

If you are a staff member or partner and would like your own ecommerce store you will need to use a different Reckon Portal account.
  4. Once your store has been created (this might take a little while so please be patient whilst our robots do their thing) you'll be presented with a wizard to complete your store's details.
  5. We recommend following the help guides from our partners at Selz to ensure

Integrating with Reckon One

We know that whilst starting your own business, creating an online store, and selling goods and services can be a lot of fun, there is another side to business that is perhaps less fun - accounting.

That's why we have integrated Reckon Ecommerce with Reckon One to provide a seamless and simple way to track your financial data and tax obligations. All you need to get going is the basics.

Reckon One can be purchased from our Customer Portal just like Reckon Ecommerce. If you already have a Reckon One book then simply follow the steps in our integration help guide.
