Not recognising new default printer

Question

Why cant I view or edit the printer settings in a report?

Answer

This can occur when your internal printer drivers have been corrupted

To correct this issue do the following steps;

1. Close the Quicken program down

2. To fix this error you need to delete qbprint.qbp and wpr.ini then reboot your computer.
The two files you need to delete will be in the same folder that QuickBooks is installed in. If you are not sure where Quickbooks is installed you can do a find for the files in Windows by going through the Windows Start Button and selecting Find then Files Or Folders.

3. Open the Quicken program and the printer settings should be available
