Custom Payslip shows incorrect Quantity when Additional Payroll item used twice

Question

Why is the Quantity incorrect on a custom payslip when an Additional Payroll item is used twice on a pay?

Answer

On a custom payslip when an additional payroll item is used twice, the two amounts are totalled into one entry.  Although the dollar value of the two items is correct, the custom payslip only shows the quantity of the second entry – the quantities are not added like the dollar value.

 

Workaround

Use another payslip format – like one per page or three per page.
