Group Price Labels printed in Retail POS display incorrect pricing

Question

Why do most of the Group Labels I print from Retail POS Administrator show an incorrect price?

Answer

You will experience this issue when you print labels for more than one group at a time.  The first group label will print correctly, but subsequent group labels are incorrect.

The barcode is correct and the correct price will be scanned, but the accompanying price is incorrect.

This issue has been resolved in 2014 release onwards.

 

Workaround

Print Group Labels one at a time.
