Question

Why do I get this error when I try to activate QuickBooks?

 

Answer

You will get this error if you attempt to activate a QuickBooks that has already been activated. 

 

Check your Activation status:

1.    Help > My Licence Information

2.    The first line will read either “QuickBooks is Activated” or, “QuickBooks is not Activated”.

3.    The rest of the page contains Product, Licence and Payroll Information.
