How do I resolve this message when restarting my computer after installing QuickBooks? qbonli.dll is linked to missing export ICG32.dll


To resolve this message: 1. Search for all copies of the file icg32.dll. Click the Start button, point to Find, and then select Files or Folders. In the Named box, enter the name of the file you are looking for icg32.dll In the Look In box, enter C:\ (or another hard drive you want to search). The box Include Subfolders should be checked. 2. Check the location and version of each copy of this file. Versions and later should be located in the C:\Windows folder. Should you find more than one copy of this file, rename the ones that are not located in the C:\Windows folder to icg32.old. 3. Restart your computer. 4. If this issue continues to occur, rename all copies of icg32.dll to qbicg32.dll, and then reinstall QuickBooks.
