Question

When I try email an invoice I receive the following message, how can I email the invoice?

Answer

This is occurring because the file 'qbemail.pdf' is present on the C drive. To resolve this;

1) Select Start menu > Find > Files or Folders...

2) In the Name field type 'qbemail.pdf'.

3) Select 'C:' in the Look In field.

4) Click 'Find Now'.

5) Once the search is complete and the file is found; right click the file and select 'Delete'.

6) Close the 'Find' window.


Reckon will now email invoices.
