Quicken will not open the

Question

After I upgraded to Personal Plus 2004, nothing happens when I try print reports, how can I fix this?

Answer

To resolve this so the print function in Quicken will work again;
1) Close Quicken.
2) Select Start menu > Search > Files or Folders...
3) Click 'All Files or Folders'.
4) Search for the file 'wpr.dat'.
   This file will most likely appear in C:\Program Files\Quicken or .
  C:\Documents and Settings\<Logged in User>\Application Data\Intuit\Quicken\Config\WPR.dat
5) Right click this file and select 'Delete'.
6) Close the 'Search Results' screen.

The next time Quicken is opened the print function will work correctly.
