Upgrading Data File - 'Ok' is not visible

Question

I can not see the entire 'Ok' button when QuickBooks 2004 completes upgrading my data file, why?

Answer

This is due to your machine having a larger DPI setting in the Display Properties.

To view this screen correctly the DPI setting must be at 'Normal size (96 DPI)'.

To change the DPI setting;

1) Right click the Desktop and select Properties.

2) Select the Settings tab and click Advanced.

3) Under 'DPI setting' select 'Normal size (96 DPI)'.

4) Click Ok to apply changes.
