Each time Payroll Premier is opened I am asked to re-register, even though I have previously registered the programme.

Question

Why am I asked to re-register Payroll Premier every time I open the programme?

Answer

1. If this occurs proceed through the activation wizard until the end once more. Close Payroll Premier and re-open. If the activation window re-appears follow through step 2.

2. You will need to delete a file called QCompany.TPS from your computer. This file is re-created when you next open Payroll Premier.

Go to My Computer > C: hard drive > Program Files > QPRollvXX folder > Data folder. Delete the QCompany.TPS file.
* Where XX represents your version of Payroll Premier.

Open the programme and a new window will appear. Select the default file you wish Payroll Premier to open each time you run the programme.

Activate again using the Activation Wizard if required.
