Payroll Premier Termination Payslips show Net amount the same as Gross amount

Question

Why does Payroll Premier not deduct the tax from the Gross Payment to provide a correct Net Payment?

The pay form has failed to refresh.

 

Workaround

1.    At the employee List screen, tick the box Display Terminated Employees;

2.    Highlight the terminated employee with a left click then right click and select Show Employee Pays;

3.    Highlight the termination pay with a left click - note that Net and Gross are the same;

4.    right click the termination pay and select Edit

5.    Tick or Untick Edit this Pay;

6.    Untick or Tick Edit this Pay (second time);

7.    Click OK to save.

8.    See that Net has now refreshed.
