Incorrect Deductions showing on INB Payment Summaries in Payroll Premier 2006/07

Question

Why are incorrect deductions showing on my INB payment summaries in Payroll Premier 2006/07?

Answer

In the current version of Payroll Premier 2006/07 (with SP1), all payroll deductions, except those which have the Omit Deductions From Payment Summary check box selected in the Deduction Item screen, will appear and print on the employee's INB payment summary. This behaviour is incorrect. Only those payroll deductions that have the Union option selected in pays should appear and print on the INB payment summary.

This issue has been resolved in the Payroll Premier 2006/07 Payment Summary update which is available for download from the Updates & Service Packs area of the Quicken Web Site.


You must have downloaded and installed Payroll Premier 2006/07 Service Pack 1 in order to install this update. To check if you have Service Pack 1 installed, please do the following:

1. Open Payroll Premier 2006/07

2. Go to the Help menu and select About

3. The title bar should read: Payroll Premier Version 15 [SP1-061024]
