Error Number 2320 when trying to log into QuickBooks Hosted 2012/13 Premium Account

Question

Why can’t I log into QuickBooks Hosted Premium Account?  I get the error:

Error number 2320

Citrix online plug-in Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (ClientHostedApps) that satisfies all lockdown requirements.  The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting.

Answer

You may experience this issue when accessing QuickBooks Hosted Premium account from a Windows PC.

You will need to uninstall your current Citrix Receiver and install the latest receiver.

 

Detailed Instructions

1.    Uninstall the Citrix Receiver through the Control Panel;

2.    Delete the Citrix folder in C:\Program Files;

For 32bit Citrix on a 64bit operating system, C:\Program Files (x86);

3.    Delete the Citrix key in the registry:  HKey_Current_User > Software > Citrix;

For 32bit Citrix on a 64bit operating system, :  HKey_Local_Machine > Software > WOW6432Node > Citrix

4.    Download the latest Citrix Receiver.
