Including Date Super Paid on a Payroll Premier 2012/13 payslip

Legacy KB ID: 4558

Question

How do I include the Date Super Paid on a Payroll Premier generated payslip?  I can see the field but I cannot add the date to it.

Answer

The requirement to include the date the 9% super guarantee contributions will be paid to the Super Fund on the payslip was announced in May 2011 to start on 1st July 2012.  However, the legislation to make this requirement law did not passed parliament before the end of the 2011/12 financial year, and so is not a legal requirement for 2012/13 financial year.

See the Federal Parliament website for further details:

It is envisaged that the legislation, in modified form, will be passed in the 2012/13 financial year to commence on 1st July 2013.
