Important Info for Installers does not appear in the autorun menu when selected

Question

Why doesn't the Information for installers appear in the autorun menu in Quicken Home & Business?

Answer

If the information for installers does not appear when selected, that means it has not detected Acrobat Reader installed on you computer.

Alternatively, it can be downloaded via the Adobe website provided:

https://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

or

Acrobat Reader can be found on the Quicken Home & Business cd.

1. Insert the Quicken CD into the CD-ROM drive.
2. Select 'Australia'.
3. Select 'Browse the CD-ROM'. The will display the contents on the CD
4. Double-click on the 'Acrobat' folder.
5. Double-click on the setup file.
6. Follow the on screen instructions to install Acrobat Reader.

*Note - If the installation does not start up automatically:

1. Double click on 'My Computer'.
2. Right click on your CD-ROM drive and select 'Explore'.
3. Double-click on the 'Acrobat' folder.
4. Double-click on the setup file.
5. Follow the on screen instructions to install Acrobat Reader.
