There are no records that meet the selected criteria error when printing payslips

Question

Why can’t I print my payslips from Payroll Premier?  The pays have been done and visible in the programme.

 

Answer

Re-install print files.

 

The Issue

The Security Style payslip has become corrupt. 

If you choose another payslip style you will see the payslips to print. 

 

Workaround

Uninstall and re-install Payroll Premier. 

1.    Close Payroll Premier;

2.    In Control Panel > Programs and Features, uninstall Payroll Premier;

3.    Reboot your PC

4.    Install Payroll Premier and activate.
