Emailed payslips from Payroll Premier 2012/3 omit the Pay Period Start Date

Legacy KB ID: 4589

Question

Why is the Pay Period Start Date blank on a payslip emailed from Payroll Premier 2012/13?  Printed payslips from the same pay run using the same payslip style do print the start date correctly.

Answer

Reckon apologises for the inconvenience this issue is causing.  It results from the preference “Include Super Paid Date on Payslips” not being selected.

However, it is now a legal requirement for the date Super will be paid to the Fund to be stated on the payslip.  Selecting this preference will allow the start date for the pay period to print on the payslip.

Workaround

1.    File > Preferences > Super

2.    Tick the box Include Super Paid Date on Payslips

3.    Click Save.
