No application available for the reckononline virtual app when logging onto QuickBooks Hosted Premiu

Question

I have just installed the Citrix Receiver/ Online Plugin but I still cannot access QuickBooks Hosted?  Why do I get this message?

Answer

You will experience this error if you attempt to logon via Citrix and you only have a Standard account.  You must have a premium account to access via Citrix.

 

Solution

Use a QuickBooks Hosted Premium account.

If you do not have a premium account, sign up for one at https://online.reckon.com.au/Howtobuy.aspx.
