When trying to restore a payroll backup it comes up with error: (37)

Question

When opening or restoring data from v8.3 payroll to v8.0 an error (37) comes up. How can i open my data?




 

Answer

This is caused by opening data from a newer version of payroll in an older version.


The user needs to upgrade to the version of payroll that your data has been last used on.


It is recommended you install Payroll Version 8 Release 3 from the Quicken Website;
