Memorised reports do not show after upgrading to Version 13.

Question

After upgrading to the new version, the memorised reports that appeared in the previous version do not appear in the reports menu.  How can I retrieve these reports?

Answer

To resolve this open one of the standard reports, such as the Employee Report.  When you go back to the reports menu, your previous reports should appear in the new version.

Open and close the various memorised reports a couple of times to check that they appear as expected.
