Reset your Password
- If you are still signed into the STP app, sign out by going to Settings in the bottom-right corner, and select Logout.
- Back on the home view, select the Sign in (not Sign Up), located at the bottom of the screen.
- From the sign in view, select Forgot password. This opens up a new web browser window on your device to Reckon's account portal (portal.reckon.com).
- Now select Help, I forgot my sign in details; It's located just below Sign in.
- Enter your email address, and select Reset password.
- You'll briefly receive a password reset email. From your email client, select Reset your password, enter a new password twice and Submit.
- Back in the STP app on the Sign in screen, enter your email address, your new password, and Continue. Done!
