Reset your Password

  1. If you are still signed into the STP app, sign out by going to Settings in the bottom-right corner, and select Logout.
  2. Back on the home view, select the Sign in (not Sign Up), located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. From the sign in view, select Forgot password. This opens up a new web browser window on your device to Reckon's account portal (
  4. Now select Help, I forgot my sign in details; It's located just below Sign in.
  5. Enter your email address, and select Reset password.
  6. You'll briefly receive a password reset email. From your email client, select Reset your password, enter a new password twice and Submit.
  7. Back in the STP app on the Sign in screen, enter your email address, your new password, and Continue. Done!
