When I go to delete a terminal in a multi-terminal setup, it says there are unprocessed transactions when there aren't. Also the mouse pointer is a permanent hour-glass. What should I do?

Answer

After you have confirmed that there are no outstanding transactions (eg process an End of Day), go through the delete process again and click on "yes" with the hour-glass to say that you want to delete the terminal anyway. The terminal will be deleted successfully.
