My Reports do not function correctly after installing QuickPayroll

Question

After installing Quicken Payroll, I am unable to produce any reports. I am either presented with a blank window or some form of error message

Answer

The first thing to ensure when experiencing any problems with the reporting feature in Quicken Payroll is the installation directory of Quicken Payroll. When installing Quicken  Payroll, was the default directory changed?


By default, the software should be installed in     c:\Program Files\QPRollV9\

If the software is not installed in this directory, the reporting feature will not function correctly. The software must be uninstalled and then re-installed into the default directory.
