Payroll Premier 2013/14 requires continual registration

Legacy KB ID: 5027

Question

Why am I continually asked to register my Payroll Premier 2013/14?

Answer

Register Payroll Premier twice in the same session.

The Issue

This problem may be encountered on some 64-bit operating systems like Windows 8, Windows 7 and some versions of Windows Vista and Windows XP.

Our Product Development Team have not been able to replicate the issue and cannot offer any reasons why it may happen for some users.

Registering Payroll Premier 2013/14 twice in the one session seems to correct the error.  Re-installation of Payroll Premier does not appear to attract the problem.
