Legacy KB ID: 2246

Question

Why is the history showing YTD figures for the last financial year in Payroll Premier?

Answer

When the first pay run is created for this financial year , the history will reset and display the correct YTD figures.

If your YTD figures are not resetting on pay slips for the new financial year, follow the instructions below:

Delete the last pay run for the last financial year

  1. From the List of Employees, right click an employee and select Show Employee Pays
  2. Right click on the last pay and select Delete
  3. Click OK

Change the Printing Preference

  1. From the File menu, select Preferences
  2. From the Printing icon select Date Paid from the Print By drop-down menu.

Re-create the last pay run.

Note: If the Date Paid falls into the last financial year, you will need to adjust the tax manually due to the different tax rates for this financial year.
